[Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to an external skin preparation that is easy to use, has good stability, and has excellent moisturizing effects. [Conventional technology] In external skin preparations such as cosmetics, quasi-drugs, and pharmaceuticals, it is necessary to increase the viscosity of the system to maintain stability, create a rich feeling of use, and make it easy to pick up and difficult to run off. Water-soluble polymers are added for a variety of purposes, including moisturizing and moisturizing effects on the skin. However, while water-soluble polymers have excellent effects, they tend to be disliked by consumers because they tend to feel sticky and have a slippery feel when applied to the skin. Therefore, it has been difficult to incorporate it into external skin preparations, especially cosmetics. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In view of the above circumstances, the inventors of the present invention have conducted intensive studies with the aim of improving the stickiness and slippery feeling that water-soluble polymers have when using them. The inventors have discovered that the above problem can be solved by blending a specific hydroquinone glycoside with a polymer, and have completed the present invention. [Means for Solving the Problems] That is, the present invention provides a water-soluble polymer and a hydroquinone-β-D-
This is an external skin preparation characterized by containing glucoside. The water-soluble polymer used in the present invention is a water-soluble polymer commonly used in external skin preparations such as cosmetics, quasi-drugs, and pharmaceuticals. Specific examples include gum arabic, gum tragacanth, carrageenan, Plant-based water-soluble polymers such as pectin and quince seed (quince) extract, microbial-based water-soluble polymers such as xanthan gum and pullulan, animal-based water-soluble polymers such as collagen, casein, albumin, and gelatin, carboxymethyl starch, Starch-based water-soluble polymers such as methyl hydroxy starch, cellulose-based water-soluble polymers such as methylcellulose, ethylcellulose, hydroxyethylcellulose, carboxymethylcellulose, vinyl-based water-soluble polymers such as polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, carboxyvinyl polymer, polyacrylic Examples include acids and their salts, acrylic water-soluble polymers such as polyacrylimide, and alginic acid. The blending amount is generally 0.01 to 5% by weight, preferably 0.1 to 1% by weight, based on the total amount of the skin external preparation. In the present invention, the glycoside of hydroquinone that is blended into a skin external preparation together with a water-soluble polymer to suppress stickiness or slippage of the water-soluble polymer is represented by the following general formula (). That is, in formula (), R is D-glucose residue, and hydroquinone-β-D-glucoside (generic name: arbutin) is β-bonded to hydroquinone.
It is. The amount of arbutin in the total amount of the skin external preparation is
0.1 to 30% by weight, preferably 6 to 20% by weight,
When blended with the same weight or more as the water-soluble polymer, it is good in terms of stickiness suppressing effect. External skin preparations that can contain a water-soluble polymer and the above-mentioned arbutin include common external skin preparations, such as:
Aqueous solution system, solubilization system, emulsion system, powder dispersion system, water-
Any base can be used, such as a two-layer oil system or a three-layer water-oil-powder system, and can be used for lotions, emulsions, creams, etc.
There is a wide range of products, including basic cosmetics such as face masks, makeup cosmetics such as lipstick and foundation, cosmetics such as hair cosmetics such as shampoo, conditioner, and hair tonic, and quasi-drugs. The skin external preparation of the present invention may contain, as necessary, a humectant, a thickener, a preservative, an emulsifier, an antioxidant, a sequestering agent, within a range that does not impair the effects of the present invention.
UV absorbers, powders, pigments, drugs, pigments, fragrances, etc. can be added. [Effects of the Invention] Although the skin external preparation of the present invention contains a water-soluble polymer and is excellent in stability, feeling of use, and moisturizing effect on the skin, it does not suffer from the stickiness and slippery characteristic of water-soluble polymers. It is an excellent external preparation for the skin, with no sensation and good safety. [Example] Next, the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to Examples. The present invention is not limited to this in any way. Example 1 Lotion ethanol 20.0 1,3-butylene glycol 5.0 Carboxyvinyl polymer 0.3 POE (polyoxyethylene, same hereinafter, 15 mol)
Oleyl ether 0.8 Ethylparaben 0.1 Arbutin 6.0 Purified water Remaining (manufacturing method) Dissolve POE oleyl ether and ethylparaben in a portion of ethanol. Separately, dissolve 1,3-butylene glycol, carboxyvinyl polymer, and arbutin in purified water and the remainder of ethanol. The ethanol phase was added into the aqueous phase and solubilized to obtain a lotion. Example 2 Example 2 was obtained in accordance with Example 1 except that the amount of arbutin in Example 1 was reduced to 0.5% by weight. Comparative Example 1 Comparative Example 1 was obtained according to Example 1 except that arbutin was used. Usability of Examples 1-2 and Comparative Example 1 (stickiness)
was determined and evaluated through actual use tests by a panel specializing in women's beauty. (Judgment) A: Not sticky. B: Slightly sticky, but within a range that poses no problem in terms of usability. C: Sticky. D: Significantly sticky. The results are shown in Table-1. It is clear that arbutin prevents the water-soluble polymer from becoming sticky.

D: Significant slippage and does not blend into the skin. The results are shown in Table-2. It is clear that arbutin prevents the slippery feeling of water-soluble polymers.
