ルの概要図である。第４図は、フラツトノズルの
説明図である。第５図は、従来の高温鋼板下面冷
却装置の概要説明図であり、第５図ａはその要部
平面図を、第５図ｂは要部正面図をそれぞれ示し
ている。第６図は、冷却域での熱伝達率割合を示
したグラフである。第７図は、フルコーン型水ス
プレーノズルの説明図である。第８図、ノズル噴
射角と冷却能力の関係を示すグラフである。第９
図は、ラツプ率と熱伝達割合との関係を示すグラ
フである。第１０図は、水量密度及び高温鋼板下
面の冷却手法と熱伝達率との関係を示すグラフで
ある。 図面において、１……仕上圧延機、２……高温

Claims (1)
- ローラテーブル上を走行する高温鋼板の下面を
冷却する装置であつて、鋼板下面に対向する噴射
角：７０〜１２０°のフルコーン型ノズルが複数
取付けられた冷却ヘツダーをローラテーブルのロ
ーラ間に配置すると共に、そのノズルの吐出口先
端位置を前記ローラの軸芯又はそれよりも鋼板下
面に近い位置に設定して成ることを特徴とする、
高温鋼板の下面冷却装置。
