Further, its upper surface is covered with a skin material. Conventionally, the skin material, the pad material, and the seat frame have been formed independently, and the seat has been formed by assembling them together. However, today, in order to omit such assembly work, there are sheet structures in which foamed synthetic resin is infiltrated into the skin material during foam molding of the pad material, and the pad material and the skin material are joined and integrated.

The back side of the material is coated with wading such as a sheet of slab urethane. At the time of foam molding, a stock solution of foamed synthetic resin is injected while the skin material is placed in a foam mold, and the pad material is foam molded.

Since the injected foamed synthetic resin is molded while being continuously foamed, it is still in a liquid state in the recessed portions, but it penetrates into the wadding in the upper portion where foaming has proceeded. For this reason, the amount of penetration of the foamed synthetic resin differs depending on the position of the wading, and this is felt as a localized foreign substance, which worsens the feeling when sitting.

It is characterized by this.

Therefore, the foamed synthetic resin stock solution does not penetrate into the wading just below the epidermis, so the feel of the epidermis can be easily made uniform by setting the hardness of this wading.

The sheet 1 is formed to match the shape of the sheet 1 with a side portion 5 sewn together at the end of the sheet 1. The main portion 4 is composed of a cloth skin 6 made of raised tricot or the like, and a sheet-like wadding 7 made of slab urethane or the like laminated on the back side of the skin 6. On the other hand, the side portion 5 is composed of a cloth skin 6 made of brushed tricot, etc., and sheet-like wading 8, 9 made of slab urethane or the like laminated in two layers on the back side of this skin 6.
Between 9 and 9 is a membrane layer 10 that prevents penetration of the foamed synthetic resin.
is provided. This membrane layer 10 is produced when the skin 6 and the two layers of wadding 8 and 9 are integrated by a frame lamination method. That is, as shown in FIG. 3 as an example, the skin material of the side portion 5 is made by pulling out the skin 6 and wading 8, 9 which are respectively wound around the winding shaft 10, and then passing the skin material through the pressure rollers 11, 12. Heater 1
3 and 14, both sides of the wading 8 are heated to melt the surface, and this melting of the surface causes the pressure rollers 11 and 12 to be heated.
When passing through the skin 6 and the double layer wading 8,
9 are joined together. The dissolved portion of the wadding 8 becomes the film layer 10.

The upper die 17 is brought into contact with the upper die 17. In this state, the foam mold 15
Fill the foamed synthetic resin stock solution 18 into the hole 19 of the upper mold 17.
When it is injected with the injection nozzle 20 and foamed, the stock solution 18 of the foamed synthetic resin permeates into the waddings 7 and 9 and joins with the skin material 2 to form the pad material 3 integrated with the skin material 2.

る。 Therefore, in this structure, when the pad material 3 is molded, the stock solution 18 of the foamed synthetic resin spreads quickly and evenly in the main part 4 of the skin material 2, and the stock solution 18 permeates into the wading 7 almost uniformly. As a result, a uniform feel in the main portion 4 can be obtained. On the other hand, in the side portion 5, the foam gradually permeates inward from the recessed portion, and the amount of permeation of the stock solution 18 differs depending on the portion of the wadding 9. However, since the permeation of the stock solution 18 is stopped by the membrane layer 10 and does not permeate into the wading 8, a uniform feel on the side portion 5 can be obtained by the wadding 8. Therefore, if the hardness of the wadding 8 is made approximately equal to the hardness of the wading 7 after being penetrated with the stock solution 18, the skin material 2 can have a uniform feel as a whole.
