2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 4, an integrally molded product 1 used for a vehicle seat is known as an integrally molded product of a skin material and a pad material. This integrally molded product 1 is formed by integrating a skin material 2 consisting of a skin 2a and a wadding 2b joined to the back side of the skin 2a, and a pad material 3 during foam molding of the pad material 3. This makes it possible to omit the step of forming the pad material 3 independently in advance and then covering the pad material 3 with the skin material 2, thereby improving work efficiency.

When the conventional pad material 3 is formed independently and the pad material 3 is covered with the skin material 2, the work becomes complicated and there is a drawback that the skin material 2 and the pad material 3 do not have a sense of unity. Was. In addition, when the pad material 3 and the skin material 2 are integrally foam-molded, the undiluted solution of the foamed synthetic resin is poured into the skin material 2 when the undiluted solution of the foamed synthetic resin is injected.
It is easy to impregnate the wadding 2b of the skin material 2, and a different hardness portion 5 having different hardness is generated in a part of the skin material 2, which deteriorates the riding comfort of the seated person.

The object of the present invention is to prevent the formation of an impregnated layer on a part of the skin material without directly applying the injection pressure of the foamed synthetic resin stock solution to the skin material when the foamed synthetic resin stock solution is injected. To provide an integrally molded product of a skin material and a pad material, which can significantly improve work efficiency and improve riding comfort without complicating the work.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and is made by disposing a skin material on a lower mold, injecting an undiluted solution of foamed synthetic resin into the inside of the skin material, and molding the upper mold with the lower mold. In the integrally molded product of the skin material and the pad material, which is formed by foam molding the pad material integrally with the skin material, a supporter material is disposed on the upper mold, and the pad material is formed by foam molding of the pad material. A supporter material is integrally joined to the bottom part, and a tongue piece is formed in the supporter material by a notch corresponding to an injection port for the undiluted solution of the foamed synthetic resin, and the undiluted solution of the foamed synthetic resin is formed by the notch. It is characterized by being designed so that it can be injected by applying it to the tongue piece.

According to the present invention, the supporter material is integrally joined to the bottom of the pad material, and the tongue piece is formed by the cut portion formed in the supporter material, and the foamed synthetic resin solution is applied to the upper surface of the tongue piece. The pressure during injection, such as the injection pressure and foaming pressure of the stock solution of foamed synthetic resin, is reduced by applying it to the tongue piece of the supporter material, and the skin material is partially impregnated with the stock solution of foamed synthetic resin. It is possible to prevent this.

As shown in FIG. 2, the foaming synthetic mold 21 has a lower mold 22.
and an upper mold 23 that is mold-matched to the lower mold 22, a skin material 12 is disposed on the lower mold 22, and the upper mold 2
A supporter material 16 is attached to 3. The supporter material 16 is temporarily fixed to pins or the like formed on the upper mold 23, or temporarily fixed using double-sided tape or the like. The tongue piece 17 formed by the notch 18 of the supporter material 16 is attached so as to face the injection port 25 of the upper mold 23 .

Then, the foamed synthetic resin stock solution 15a is injected from the injection port 25 of the upper mold 23 onto the upper surface of the tongue piece 17 of the supporter material 16. When the tip of the injection head 27 is positioned at the injection port 25 of the upper mold 23 and the stock solution 15a of the foamed synthetic resin is injected, the pressure generated by the injection of the stock solution 15a of the foamed synthetic resin is generated by the cut portion 18 of the supporter material 16. The pressure is reduced by the tongue piece 17, and then it is injected into the skin material 12 of the lower mold 22.

By foaming and curing the stock solution 15a of the foamed synthetic resin, the pad material 15 is formed in a state in which the skin material 12 and the supporter material 16 are joined together.
Further, the tongue piece 17 of the supporter material 16 comes into contact with the upper die 23 due to foaming pressure during molding of the pad material 15, and becomes integrally joined to the bottom side of the pad material 15. By opening the upper mold 23 and the lower mold 22, the integrally molded product 11 can be obtained.
