速制御用コイルよりも入力電流変化に対する発生
吸引力変化率の低い高速制御用コイルを設け、 前記コントローラを、車速センサからの入力信
号に基づき、所定の車速未満の低速走行時には低
速制御用コイルに対して制御電流を出力し、所定
の車速以上の高速走行時には前記高速制御用コイ
ル対して制御電流を出力するよう構成したことを
