Claims (1)
- 両側面より複数のリードが相対して突出するＤ
ＩＰ型ＩＣの前記リードと対応するとともにこの
リードが挿入される穴を有する同数の第１のピン
が埋込まれているＤＩＰ型ＩＣ測定用ソケツトと
、両側面より互いに複数のリードが千鳥足状に突
出するＳＯＰ型ＩＣのリードと接触する導電線を
一面にもつとともにこの導電線と同一体である第
２のピンが突出するＳＯＰ型ＩＣ測定用ソケツト
とを接続するＩＣ測定用アダプタにおいて、前記
ＳＯＰ型ＩＣ測定用ソケツトに接する面に前記第
２のピンを挿入されるスリーブとこのスリーブと
導電線を介して電気的に接続される端子とが形成
され、前記ＤＩＰ型ＩＣ測定用ソケツトに接する
面に前記端子と電気的に接続されるとともに前記
第１のピンの穴に挿入される第３のピンが埋込ま
れていることを特徴とするＩＣ測定用アダプタ。
