Claims (1)
- シリンダのロツドに磁気スケールを形成し、ヘ
ツドにセンサーを配置する位置検出装置において
、センサーの頂部にスリツトを設け、ピンを打込
んだカラーにより、その位置を調整できるように
し、調整後カバーにより機械的に押さえて固定す
るか、又はモールド材料により固定するようにし
たことを特長とするセンサーの取付装置。
