Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ピストンロツドの内部にピストン端面にて
開口する孔を形成し、その孔の内壁に被検出機構
を設け、シリンダのヘツドカバー側に、その孔内
に移動自在に入り込む検出ロツドを固設したこと
を特徴とするセンサー内蔵シリンダ。 (2) 被検出機構が、孔の内壁に形成された環状
の溝である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
センサー内蔵シリンダ。 (3) 被検出機構が、孔の内壁に交互に配置され
た非磁性体と磁性体との組み合わせである実用新
案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のセンサー内蔵シリ
ンダ。
