の溝である実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の
センサー内蔵シリンダ。 (3) 被検出機構が、孔の内壁に交互に配置され
た非磁性体と磁性体との組み合わせである実用新
案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のセンサー内蔵シリ
