出力コンデンサ、４，５，６はバイパスコンデン
サ、７，８，９，１０，１１は抵抗、１２，１３
はバイアス印加用インダクタンス、１４はトラン
ジスタ、１５は温度トランスデユーサ、１６はダ
イオード、１７はオペアンプを示す。なお、図中
、同一符号は同一、又は相当部分を示す。
