Detailed Description of the Invention <Industrial Application Field> The present invention involves passing a hydroponic solution through a pipe, letting the hydroponic solution flow out from a small hole provided around the pipe, and wrapping the end around the pipe. The present invention relates to a cloth bed type hydroponic cultivation device in which the hydroponic solution is allowed to flow down and permeate into a bag-shaped body attached to the bag to grow plants.

<Conventional technology> For plant growth, an appropriate amount of water, fertilizer,

As can be seen from the above-mentioned current situation, it can be said that the ideal system for growing plants is one that can absorb plenty of air, water, and fertilizer through the entire root system. A fabric bed hydroponic system has been proposed as a system that approximates this ideal state. In this system, liquid fertilizer is constantly flowed down from the top of a bag-like body made of cloth along the inner surface of the bag-like body, and the entire root of the plant comes into contact with the inner wall surface of the bag-like body, absorbing the liquid fertilizer from the entire surface. At the same time, since the entire roots are in the air, they are supplied with sufficient oxygen, making it an ideal system for plant growth.

<Problems to be solved by the invention> Conventionally proposed cloth bed cultivation devices are
As shown in the figure, the cloth constituting the cloth floor part is held by the clamping member 1.
The cloth-like material was inserted in a state in which it hung down almost vertically to limit the root area and to provide some degree of liquid retention of the cloth-like material. A very important feature of this cloth bed method is that the roots can directly absorb an abundance of oxygen. However, since the fabric floor cloth hangs vertically, even if the body of the holding member 1 is enlarged into a via dal shape in order to increase the capacity of the root portion, the fabric floor section is not expanded, and the fabric floor sheet is The objects 5, 5 are brought into close contact with each other due to the surface tension of the water, resulting in a state in which the amount of free air is small, causing a problem in the supply of oxygen, which is the purpose of this system.

<Means for Solving the Problems> The present invention provides an inner frame body, such as a rod-shaped article or a band-shaped article 17, which is shaped along the cross-sectional shape of the inner side of the holding member 1 from the inside of the bag-like sheet-like article 5. This hydroponic cultivation apparatus is characterized in that the bag-like sheet material 5 is brought into close contact with the inner surface of the holding member 1, and the cavity of the bag-like body is constantly expanded.

A sheet-like material 4 that forms recesses 3, 3 for holding the pipes 2, 2 for supplying hydroponic liquid and absorbs and holds the hydroponic liquid on the inner surface of the holding member 1, and a cloth from which the roots absorb the liquid from the surface. The floor sheet-like material 5 is stacked and folded in half, with the sheet-like material 5 on the inside and the sheet material 4 on the outside. The upper ends of the sheet-like materials 4 and 5 are sandwiched between the inner surface and the bag-like material 5.
The bag-like body 5 and the water retaining material 4 are brought into close contact with the inner surface of the holding member 1 by a plurality of expansion members 17 from the inner surface of the bag-like body to expand the internal cavity of the bag-like body and hold the holding member 1 in a vertical posture. Holders 6, 6 and 7
It is held and configured by The pipes 2, 2 are provided with a plurality of holes 8 near the upper ends of the sheet materials 4, 5, and the holding position of the holding member 1 is as shown in FIG. The holding members 1 are held by the respective holders 6 so as to be inclined in the length direction, and the holding members 1 are arranged in a plurality of rows in parallel as shown by the phantom line in FIG. 1 with the inclined lower end sides of the holding members 1 aligned.
A gutter-like body 9 is provided in an inclined manner on the inclined lower end side,
The inclined lower end of this gutter-like body 9 faces into the hydroponic liquid tank 10, and a pumping pipe 11 is provided between the hydroponic liquid tank 10 and the liquid supply pipes 2, 2. Communicate between the two. It is even more advantageous to insert a bypass 12 between the pump 11 and the supply pipes 2, 2 and to provide a volume regulating valve 14 between the branch point 13 of the bypass 12 and the supply pipes 2, 2. Furthermore, pump 11 and power supply 1
A 24-hour timer may be installed between 5 and the pump power may be turned on and off as appropriate.

With plant seeds elastically sandwiched between the opposing sheet-like materials 4, 4 and 5, 5 that are pressed against the sponge elastic bodies 16, 16, water is pumped up from the hydroponic liquid tank 10 by the pump 11 to perform hydroponic cultivation. The liquid is supplied into the pipes 2,2. The hydroponic liquid in the pipes 2, 2 penetrates into the upper ends of the sheet materials 4, 4 and 5, 5 through the plurality of holes 8, and sequentially flows downward along the inner surfaces of the sheet materials 4, 4 and 5, 5. Penetrate. Then, the surplus hydroponic liquid reaches the bottom surface of the holding member 1, flows into the gutter-like body 9 due to its inclination, and is returned to the hydroponic liquid tank 10.

As described above in detail with reference to the drawings, the present invention allows the hydroponic liquid supplied from the hydroponic liquid supply pipes 2, 2 through the plurality of discharge ports 8 to be transferred between the outer peripheral surfaces of the pipes 2, 2 and the clamping member 1. The hydroponic solution is caused to flow down along the bag-like body 5 of the fabric bed sheet-like material whose upper end is held between the inner surfaces of the holding recesses 3, 3, and the roots of the plants are allowed to flow through the inner surface of the bag-like body in the air. In a fabric bed type hydroponic cultivation device in which plants grow by absorbing liquid and using the inside of the bag-like body as a root region,
The bag-like body 5 is characterized in that a plurality of inner frames 17 are installed inside the bag-like body 5 to keep the bag-like body expanded at all times. The surface tension of the water prevents too much oxygen in the root zone and prevents the stagnation of hydroponic fluid in the root zone, which enables an abundant supply of oxygen to the root zone and maintains healthy roots without rot. This led to the growth of plants.
