Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable effective washing of cloth without any damage by injecting washing water to continuous cloth which is continuously conveyed through the path between the net conveyer and a group of plural rotating blades in the washing tank. CONSTITUTION:Continuous cloth 19 is conveyed in a vertical zigzag form through the path 23 formed between the rotatable endless net conveyer 12 and a group of plural rotating blades 13 under relaxed conditions. In the conveying process, washing water is injected from a plurality of nozzles 18 to give the cloth 19 flexing action and beating force.

[Prior Art] For example, research has been carried out on devices for continuously and effectively cleaning long fabrics produced industrially. For example, as shown in FIG. A pair of endless net conveyors 2.3 are vertically separated to form a fabric passage 4 between the two endless net conveyors, and the fabric 5 to be processed is placed in the fabric passage 4 as the net conveyors rotate. There is a known washing device that continuously washes the fabric by conveying the washing water and applying the washing power of the washing water blown from each washing liquid nozzle 6 disposed along the fabric path 4.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in a cleaning device having such a structure, there is no problem if the transfer speed of the fabric 5 and the transfer speed of the conveyor 2.3 are approximately constant; If the transport speed of the fabric 5 is increased in order to improve processing and productivity, rubbing (friction) will occur due to the conveyor, causing damage to the fabric. That is, the fabric 5 passing through the fabric passage 4 floats due to the action of the buoyant force of the cleaning liquid and the cleaning liquid ejection force from the nozzle 6, and as a result, the fabric 5 comes into contact with the upper conveyor 2, so that Due to the speed difference between the fabric 5 and the conveyor 2, the fabric is rubbed by the conveyor 2. In order to eliminate damage caused by this rubbing, it is sufficient to make the transport speed of the fabric 5 equal to the rotational speed of the conveyor 2. However, the rotational speed of the conveyor 2 should be set to a fabric transport speed of 30 m/min or more, for example. Because it is mechanically difficult to rotate the fabric at high speed to match, it is impossible to eliminate chafing, and if the fabric transfer speed is slowed down to eliminate chafing, productivity will decrease. A problem has occurred.

[Means for Solving Problem H] The present invention has been made by paying attention to such a problem, and it is a method to solve the problem of the fabric between the fabric running in the liquid and the B-feeding means for B-feeding the fabric. To provide a continuous washing device for fabrics, which can eliminate chafing and increase effective washing, enable production of high-quality fabrics, and further improve productivity.

Reference numeral 11 denotes a washing tank for washing the fabric, and this washing tank 1
An endless net conveyor 12 arranged horizontally is installed inside the container 1, and a large number of rotating blades 13 are arranged horizontally above the net conveyor 12. The structure of this rotary blade 13 is such that cross-shaped arms 15 are attached to both ends of a drive shaft 14 that is rotated by a motor (not shown), and a vibrator 16 is fixed in an erected state between the ends of each arm 15 at both ends. The above is the configuration of this embodiment. Next, to describe its operation, the fabric 19 to be washed is meandered in the passage 23 formed by the net conveyor 11 in the washing tank 11 and the group of rotating blades 13. It is supplied in a zigzag pattern. At this time, by causing each rotating blade 13 to rotate synchronously and driving the net conveyor 12, the fabric 19 is run from the left side to the right side in the drawing in the passage 23. At the same time, the fabric is subjected to the jetting force of the washing water, and at the same time, kneading force and tapping force are applied to the fabric by the rotational force of each rotary blade 13, thereby achieving effective washing. In addition, in order to increase the productivity of the fabric, as a result of increasing the transfer speed of the fabric, for example, as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. Since the circumferential speed can be rotated at high speed in accordance with the running speed of the fabric, friction between the fabric 19 and the vibrator 16 can be completely eliminated, and furthermore, the rotation of the vibrator 16 can stir the washing water. A vortex (convection) is generated, and as a result, the contact force of the fabric 19 with the vibrator 16 is weakened, and the rubbing of the fabric by the vibrator 16 can be eliminated.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention provides an endless net conveyor that is immersed in a cleaning solution stored in a cleaning tank that can continuously introduce and take out long fabrics, and A large number of rotating blade groups are arranged, which are spaced apart from each other via a fabric passage, their lower parts immersed in the cleaning liquid, and aligned in the conveying direction of the conveyor, and further drive each of the rotating blade groups and the net conveyor. This is a continuous washing device for fabrics, which is provided with a water source and a large number of nozzles that spray washing water toward the fabric passage. By transporting the fabric, the running fabric receives the jetting force of the cleaning water sprayed from each nozzle, and at the same time, the rotational force of each rotating blade acts on the fabric to knead and tap the fabric, resulting in effective cleaning. It will be done. In addition, in order to increase the productivity of the fabric, the transfer speed of the fabric is increased, so that even if the fabric is transferred under tension, the circumferential speed of the rotating blade can be rotated at high speed in accordance with the running speed of the fabric. Frictional force with the rotating blade can be completely eliminated,
Furthermore, the rotation of the rotating blades stirs the washing water, creating a vortex (convection), which weakens the contact force on the fabric with the rotating blades and eliminates the rubbing of the fabric by the rotating blades. The effect is that a high-quality cleaning fabric that will not be damaged can be obtained.
