てコンヘア2による布帛の擦れが生じる。この擦れによ
る損傷を解消するために、布帛5の移送速度と、コンベ
ア2の回動速度とを等しくすればよいが、このコンベア
2の回動速度を例えば30m/分以上の布帛の移送速度
に合致するように高速回動することは、その機構上困難
であることから、擦れの解消ができず、また擦れを解消
するために、布帛の移送速度を遅くすれば、生産性が低

しても、その回転羽根13の周速度は、布帛の走行速度
に合せて高速回転せしめることができるので布帛19と
バイブ16との摩擦を皆無とすることができ、さらには
そのバイブ16の回動による洗浄水の掻き廻し作用で渦
流(対流)が生じ、その結果布帛19にはバイブ16と
の接触力が弱まってバイブ16による布帛への擦れが解

転羽根群及びネットコンベアの夫々の駆動源を設けると
共に上記布帛通路に向けて洗浄水を噴射する多数のノズ
ルを設けてなる布帛の連続洗浄装置であるから、これに
よれば、上記ニントレスコンヘア及び回転羽根群を駆動
しながら布帛を移送することにより、その走行布帛には
各ノズルから噴射される洗浄水の噴射力を受けると同時
に各回転羽根の回転力により、布帛にはもみ力、叩き力
が作用して効果的な洗浄がなされる。また布帛の生産性
を高めるため、その布帛の移送速度を速める結果、略緊
張状態で移送したとしても、その回転羽根の周速度は布
帛の走行速度に合せて高速回転せしめることができるの
で布帛と回転羽根との摩擦力を皆無とすることができ、
さらにはその回転羽根の回動による洗浄水の掻き廻し作
用で渦流(対流)が生じ、その結果布帛には回転羽根と
の接触力が弱まって回転羽根による布帛の擦れが解消で
きるので、布帛を損傷することのない良質の洗浄布帛が
