Claims (1)
- 連続走行するプラスチツクシート又はフイルム
を、測定部に配置された回転軸表面に接触させつ
つレーザ光を利用してその厚さを測定する膜厚測
定装置において、前記回転軸に押えロールユニツ
トを設け、シート又はフイルムと回転軸に巻込ま
れる空気厚さの影響をなくすることを特徴とする
膜厚測定装置。
