Claims (1)
- 連続走行するプラスチツクシート又はフイルム
を測定部に配置された回転軸表面に接触させつつ
レーザ光を利用してその厚さを測定する膜厚測定
装置において、前記回転軸の温度が軸方向で均等
になるよう制御する温度調整装置を設け、回転軸
の軸方向温度差による径変化をなくすことを特徴
とする膜厚測定装置。
