Claims (1)
- 直流入力電圧源に第１のスイツチング素子と誘
導性の負荷とを直列に接続し、一次巻線に接続さ
れた第２のスイツチング素子をオンオフさせて二
次巻線から制御電圧を出力するトランスと、前記
トランスの二次側にプツシユプル接続され前記制
御電圧に基づいて前記第１のスイツチング素子に
駆動信号を供給する２個の駆動ＦＥＴとを有する
駆動回路を備え、この駆動回路により前記第１の
スイツチング素子をオンオフ制御して前記負荷に
対して交流電流を流すインバータにおいて、前記
駆動回路は前記スイツチング素子をオフさせる前
記駆動ＦＥＴと前記直流入力電圧源のマイナス側
入力ラインとの間に前記第１のスイツチング素子
をオフさせる駆動信号を負電圧にするコンデンサ
を挿入接続するとともに、このコンデンサを放電
させるために前記駆動ＦＥＴと前記コンデンサと
の接続点を逆流防止用ダイオードを介して前記制
御電圧供給ラインに接続して構成されることを特
徴とするインバータのスイツチング素子駆動回路
。
