Claims (1)
- 光半導体素子と、この光半導体素子を保持する
ステムと、このステムに取付けられた光半導体素
子ホルダと、上記光半導体素子を結ぶ光軸上に位
置するレンズと、上記レンズを保持するレンズホ
ルダとを有し、上記レンズホルダと光半導体素子
ホルダ間をレーザスポツトにより、溶接固定され
た光半導体モジユールにおいて、上記レンズの光
軸上に、上記レーザスポツト溶接時、溶接部の貫
通により生ずる溶接レーザビーム光を検知する光
センサを具備してなるレーザ溶接部の状態検知装
置。
