ては上記の搬出手順の逆の方法にて金型交換組替
えが実施されている。

旧金型2と新金型5の交換、位置変更を可能なら
しめる位置設定を行なう。

渉せずかつ新旧金型の持ち上げ移動線が交互に交
錯することのない機構を持つた新旧金型用の2組
の金型受台とそれに連動する平行リンクの作用に
より、金型の姿勢を水平に維持した状態で新旧金
型を自由ロールもしくは駆動ロール上に迅速に鋼
管位置セツトが可能とし、前記エンドレスチエー
ンで駆動される牽引車の引掛爪によつてCプレス
成形装置内に金型送り込みを可能としたUO鋼管
のCプレス成形用金型交換法。 2 Cプレス成形装置の鋼板搬送ロールの両端部
