The roll can be pulled out horizontally off-line perpendicular to the direction of travel, and after being pulled out, the roll can be replaced with a spare roll or repaired.

There are disadvantages such as the fact that it is accompanied by a lot of noise and takes a long time.

Is it possible to replace or repair each roll online?
Replacing and repairing rolls is easier than using the method of pulling them offline, but it is necessary to stop the equipment (rolling line, etc.) during these operations, and the upper When the block is restored, it is difficult to maintain the assembly precision of the upper and lower roll units, and there are drawbacks such as the need to manually center the upper and lower roll units, and the assembly process taking a long time.

特徴とする。The present invention aims to eliminate such conventional drawbacks, to provide a tension leveler that facilitates and shortens the replacement and repair work of the upper work roll unit, and that can ensure installation accuracy at a predetermined value after replacement. . The structure of the present invention that achieves this object is a tension leveler in which a plurality of leveling units each having vertically opposing rolls are separately installed in an upper frame and a lower frame along the direction of movement of the plate. The upper work roll unit is movable along a rail installed in the upper frame in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the plate material travels, and the upper work roll unit is fixedly positioned at a predetermined position on the upper frame. A linear upper work roll unit evacuation rail connected to the rail is laid on one outer side of the upper frame in a direction perpendicular to the plate traveling direction, while a spare work roll unit is mounted on the other outer side. laying a rail for feeding the spare work roll unit, which is placed in a straight line and connected to the rail installed in the upper frame, and presses the spare work roll unit into the upper frame; The present invention is characterized in that it is provided with a pushing means for moving and retracting the upper work roll unit within the upper frame.

。The tension leveler of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, which is a front view as seen from the direction in which the plate material advances, includes five leveling units 3 to 3 each having vertically opposing rolls that hold the plate material 2 in the Ujifugu 1. 7 are disposed along the board traveling direction X. Each leveling unit 3 to 7 is composed of a deflector roll 8 having two rolls and a work roll unit 9 having one or several rolls,
Each one alternates up and down. Of these, the work roll units 9 of the leveling units 3, 4.5 each include one small-diameter work roll 10, two intermediate rolls 11, and multiple rows of backup rolls 12. The roll unit 9 has one work roll 10 and two backup rolls 1.
2t-The work roll unit 9 of the leveling unit 7 is composed of only one work roll 1, 0. The upper roll unit of each of these leveling units 3 to 7 is attached to an upper frame 13, and wheels 14 are attached to both ends of this upper frame 13 in the direction of board movement X, and these wheels 14 are attached to a pair of side frames. la, l
It is placed on a rail 15 installed perpendicularly to the direction of board movement X inside the upper part of a housing l consisting of a housing l, and is movable so that it can be pulled out offline. On the other hand, this upper frame 13'f! : An inverted T-shaped groove is formed in the upper center of the upper frame 13 in order to fix it to the housing 1.Inside this groove, the side frames la and lb are inserted.
The rods of a pair of hydraulic cylinders 16 attached to the cylinders 16 are engaged with each other so that they can be held under pressure. In addition, the lower roll unit of each leveling unit 3 to 7 is attached to the lower frame 17.
Wheels 18 are attached to both ends of the board in the direction of board movement It is connected to a hydraulic cylinder 2° that is capable of pushing out and is installed off-line.
It is driven by extrusion. Further, in order to fix this lower frame 17 to the housing 1, the rods of a pair of hydraulic cylinders 21 attached to the side frames la and lb come into contact with the lower end of the lower frame 17, while the opposing surfaces of the upper frame 13 and the lower frame 17 Support stands 2 each attached to

The replacement cart 35 is moved along the rail 34 and connected to the rail 28 of the arm 13 at a predetermined position by clamping the arm 37 with a stopper 38 and a clamp 39 made of a hydraulic cylinder. After that, when the electric chain 40 constituting the pushing device is driven to push the preliminary work roll unit 91 with the suppression head 41, the front end surface of the preliminary work roll unit 91 is in line with the leveling unit frame 23 of the work roll unit 9. The work roll unit 9 is transferred to the rail 30 which is in line with the rail 28 while pushing out the work roll unit 9 by contacting the rear end surface, and is positioned on the roll exchange table 32 and is stopped by contacting the stopper 33. As a result, the preliminary work roll unit 9' is stopped at a predetermined position approximately I'L of the upper frame 13. Therefore, the hydraulic cylinder 25 as a fixing device is operated to engage the reference surface 13a of the upper frame 13 and the stopper 26 with the recess 23b, thereby positioning the plate material in the traveling direction 23 is raised along the reference plane 13a to perform vertical positioning. As a result, the preliminary work roll unit 9' is automatically and reliably held in the predetermined assembly center position within the upper frame 13.

This greatly reduces downtime and improves productivity. In addition, the used roll unit that has been replaced can be maintained while the line is in operation, which shortens the time required for replacement work. Furthermore, since only the work roll unit can be removed offline, the handling size and weight are smaller compared to conventional replacement methods, and the work of reversing the replaced roll unit is also easy, ensuring work safety.
