Conventionally available scrapers have an integrated body and blade, so if such an integrated scraper is applied to cleaning the pipe shown in Figure 4, the inner lining of the new pipe A2 will be removed. If the blade of the scraper was weakly pressed against the inner surface of the pipe so as not to damage the pipe a1 or the inner lining b, there was a problem that the rusted pipe a1 could not be cleaned sufficiently.

Means for Solving the Problems In the present invention, the scraper main body, which is towed and moved in the pipe axis direction within the pipe under remote control, has a cylindrical outer member at the front and a scraper body that is freely fitted into the outer member. equipped,
It is composed of a columnar inner member at the rear, which is expandable and retractable in the traction direction, and the outer peripheral surface of the inner member is provided with a plurality of blades inclined backward and arranged radially, each blade being connected to the outer member. The scraper is inserted into a window formed on the outer peripheral surface of the scraper so that the rear surface is pressed forward by the rear edge of the window when the main body is extended.

In the figure, 1 is a scraper main body, and the main body 1 includes a cylindrical outer member 2 at the front, and the outer member 2.
It is composed of a columnar inner member 3 at the rear that is freely fitted inside, and is expandable and contractible in the axial direction of the conduit.

The outer peripheral surface of the inner member 3 is provided with a plurality of blades 4 arranged radially and inclined backward.
For example, as shown in the figure, the blades 4 are installed in three rows in the front and back, each row consisting of a plurality of blades 4 arranged in parallel at appropriate intervals in the circumferential direction, and the blades 4 in each row are As usual, the phase is slightly shifted left and right, and the configuration is such that the entire blade 4 can cover the entire 360° range of the inner peripheral surface of the pipe.

Each of the blades 4 in each row is inserted into a window 5 formed on the outer circumferential surface of the outer member 2, so that when the main body 1 is contracted, the rear surface 4a substantially contacts the rear edge 5a of the window 5, and when the main body 1 is extended, the rear surface 4a is in approximately contact with the rear edge 5a of the window 5. , is inserted so that the rear surface 4a is pressed forward by the rear edge 5a.

The scraper main body 1 is connected to a front traction rope 7 at a connecting portion 6 at the center of the front surface of the front outer member 2, and is connected to the front traction rope 7 at a connecting portion 8 at the center of the rear surface of the inner member 3 at the rear side. It is connected to a towing rope 9.

FIG. 4 shows an example in which the scraper of the present invention is applied to a pipe line that partially includes a rusted pipe a1 . In this case, the scraper of the present invention is of such a size that, in the contracted state, the tip of the blade 4 lightly contacts the inner peripheral surface of the inner lining b of the new pipe a 2 of the conduit. Therefore, since the traction resistance is small during the traction operation inside the new pipe A2 , the scraper of the present invention maintains the reduced state as shown in Fig. 2, and does not damage the inner lining b of the new pipe A2 in any way. Move within the pipe without any movement.

On the other hand, when passing through the rusted pipe a1 , the inner diameter of the rusted pipe a1 is considerably smaller than that of the new pipe a2 due to deposits c such as rust, so the traction resistance becomes large. When this traction resistance exceeds the total spring force of the blade 4, the front and rear members 2 and 3 extend against this spring force, as shown in FIG.
The rear surface 4a of the blade 4 is pressed by the rear edge 5a of the window 5 and tends to stand up. As a result, each blade 4
The tip of the blade 4 is in strong pressure contact with the inner circumferential surface of the rusted pipe A1 , and this pressure force increases as the traction resistance increases. The purpose of cleaning the inside of the pipe A1 can be completely and reliably removed.

After passing through the rusted pipe A1 and reaching the new pipe A2 on the other side, the traction resistance becomes smaller, so the retaining spring of the blade 4 returns to the original contracted state, and the new pipe
It can pass through a 2 without damaging the inner lining b.

Since the spring force of blade 4 is limited,
In order to compensate for this retained spring force, as shown in FIG.
May be bonded by 0. In this case, the inner member 3 has a hollow columnar shape and houses the coil spring 10 therein.
The ends of the coil spring 10 are fitted and fixed to the boss portions 2a, 3a of the inner and outer members 2, 3.

In addition, unlimited extension of the inner and outer members 2 and 3 may cause the blade 4 to bend beyond the allowable limit or cause breakage, so it is preferable to use means that can restrict the extension width. FIG. 1 shows a stopper 11 at the rear end of the outer member 2 as a means for regulating the extension width when the allowable limit of extension is reached.
A configuration is shown in which the inner member 3 is brought into contact with a stopper 12 at the rear of the inner member 3.

Effects As described above, in the scraper according to the present invention,
The purpose of cleaning the inside of a rusted pipe can be achieved without causing any damage to the inner lining of a new pipe, and it is useful for cleaning pipes that partially include rusted pipes.
