Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily make a distinction from normal paper by carrying out a peeling process for the surface of a sheet type base and making a display which shows that the sheet is erasable. CONSTITUTION:The peeling process 103 is carried out for the surface of the sheet type base 101 and the display 102 which shows that the sheet is erasable paper is made. In this case, when the erasable paper is distributed widely in the word, the paper is not thrown away because of the presence of the display and the paper is cleaned by a cleaning device and used repeatedly. Thus, the display showing that the erasable paper is provided to make an easy distinction from the erasable paper, thereby decreasing the consumption of paper.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION With the advent of office automation in recent years, printer paper and copy paper have come to be used in large quantities. This has even led to the problem of deterioration of the global environment due to deforestation. Conventionally, the only way to solve this problem was to remove the ink, etc. from used paper, crush it, and throw it out again to recycle it into what is called waste paper. However, recently, a cleaning method has been developed that easily removes the character images on used paper. For details, please refer to the patent application 1986-1.
No. 28946. According to this invention, an eraser pull paper whose surface has been subjected to a mold release treatment is used, and then ζ-printing is performed on the paper, and then, for cleaning, a molten paper is applied on top of the printing. It is coated with 7g of fusible material (cleaning material), cooled, and the printed text and images are removed along with the hot-fusible material.

This method is very effective; the paper that has undergone release treatment can be used hundreds of times, and by making the printing ink thermofusible and the same material as the cleaning material, the cleaning material can also be used hundreds of times. It can be used. Therefore, it is very economical and of course does not destroy forests.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, since the eraser pull paper is difficult to distinguish from plain paper, it may be thrown away together with the plain paper or torn. Another problem is that if plain paper is treated as eraser pull paper and is applied to the cleaning device, the cleaning material will stick and cannot be removed.

FIG. 1 shows a sectional view of an example of the eraser pull paper of the present invention, and 101 is a support. Materials include plastic sheets and paper. 102 is a mark indicating that it is erasable, and is attached by printing, etc. 103 is a release layer, which adjusts the adhesion of ink and toner for letters and images placed on it, and is used for cleaning as will be explained later. It should be easy to remove during processing, and should not come off during normal handling.

The toner had good adhesion and did not come off even by rubbing it with my fingers. When I applied a cleaning process (erase process) to this, it peeled off cleanly and returned to a state where it could be used for copying. Since there are holes in the corners, there is no need to mistake the release surface.
It was easy to distinguish it from well-laid paper that had not been subjected to release treatment.
