Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a printing medium in which its running cost can be reduced by coating a support used as the printing medium with mold releasing material. CONSTITUTION:A support is coated with mold releasing material 102. As the material, silicone resin or fluorine mold releasing material is frequently employed. Thermal fusible ink 203 is placed on an erasable printing medium 103 by means of electrophotographing or thermal transferring. Ink peeling material 201 is superposed thereon, passed between a heating roll 202 and a pressure roll 203, cooled and then the material 201 is peeled. The ink 203 adheres to the material 201 due to the material 102, and the erasable printing medium 103 does not remain on its surface. The erasable medium which becomes beautiful is again used as a sheet for a an electrophotographic copying machine or a printer. If the ink is of toner of electrophotograph, the ink peeling material is coated with paste which is more adhesive than the toner at a low temperature.

Display devices such as CRT and liquid crystal are currently used for this purpose. However, these devices have the disadvantage that many pages cannot be viewed at the same time, so they are often printed out on paper. In this case, many pages can be viewed at the same time, which is efficient, but the disadvantage is that the price per page is high.

This erasable printed material can be used as follows. FIG. 2 shows how the erasable printing material of the present invention is used to erase ink placed thereon. Erasable print 1.0
3, heat-melting ink 203 is placed on it using an electronic photo book or thermal transfer. The ink remover 201 is superimposed on this, and passed between the hero roll 202 and the pressure roll 203.
Do not remove the ink remover 201 after it has cooled down. The hot-melt ink 203 adheres to the ink release body 201 due to the mold release material 102 and does not remain on the surface of the erasable printed body 103. This clean, erasable printed material can be used again as paper for electrophotographic or thermal transfer copiers and printers. If the hot-melt ink is an electrophotographic toner, it is economical to apply glue, etc., which becomes sticky at a lower temperature than the toner, on the surface of the ink releaser, as it is possible to keep the temperature of the heat roller low. It is.

Example 1 A silicone sealant (Toshiba Silicone TSE385RTV) was rubbed with a cloth onto a PET film (polyethylene terephthalate) support of approximately 100 μm to form a thin release material film, thereby obtaining an erasable print. Using this as paper, I wrote on it with wax ink (heat-melting ink (melting point: approximately 70°C)) using a thermal transfer printer (National word processor FW-20).
