御盤Cを利用するものであり、新たな設備投資を
必要としないという利点を有する。

つて処理機から処理済みキヤリアーを取り出す際

て乾燥機における乾燥動作を制御するようにした

れ、上記乾燥機制御盤Cに、記号によつて区別さ
れる複数種の乾燥パターンが予め記憶される乾燥
パターン記憶手段と、上記通信ネツトワークによ
つて搬送用制御盤Bから伝達される乾燥パターン
記号を読み取つて上記記憶手段からその記号に相
当する乾燥パターンを呼び出す乾燥パターン呼び
出し手段と、上記乾燥パターン呼び出し手段によ
つて呼び出された乾燥パターンに従つて乾燥機の
動作を制御する乾燥機制御手段とが設けられてい
