CONSTITUTION:Plural package dyeing machines being foregoing treating machine and at least one package dryer being succeeding treating machine are arranged on a same circumferential line and simultaneously a fiber package for charging to the above-mentioned package dyeing machine is arranged so as to put on a concentric circumferential line more outer than the above mentioned circumferential line. By the above-mentioned arrangement, charge of the fiber package into the dyeing machine is carried out only by moving lifting and lowering operations onto the inside in radial direction of the above-mentioned circumferential line and conveying of fiber package from the dyeing machine to the drier is carried out only by moving lifting and lowering operations on the same circumferential line.
