Claims (1)
- 流体の流量に応じた信号を出力する検出器と、
この検出器からの信号を処理して流体の流量に応
じたパルス信号を出力する信号処理回路とを備え
た流量計において、外部から一定電圧の直流電力
が供給される電源端子と、この電源端子からの直
流電力を所定電圧の直流電力に変換する変換器か
らなる電源回路と、前記電源端子に対して前記電
源回路と並列に接続されて前記信号処理回路から
のパルス信号をそれに応じた電流に変換する変換
器からなる電流出力回路と、前記電源回路と直列
に接続されて前記電源回路に電流を供給する定電
流回路とを設け、前記電源回路から出力される所
定電圧の直流電力を前記信号処理回路および電流
出力回路に電源として供給し、前記電源回路の駆
動電流を電流信号出力の最小電流以下に設定して
、前記電源端子に供給される直流電力の電流値を
流体の流量に応じて変化させる構成としたことを
特徴とする流量計用アナログ出力回路。
