Claims (1)
- 直流電源出力の過電圧または過電流を検出し、
基準電圧との比較を演算増幅器により行ない、該
演算増幅器の出力により前記直流電源の動作を停
止させる保護回路において、単極性の電源により
動作する前記演算増幅器と、該演算増幅器の入力
電圧を順方向電圧によりクランプするダイオード
とを設けたことを特徴とする電源保護回路。
