。第６図は比較例のブレーキバンドの要部展開図
である。第７図はトルク振幅の測定結果を示すグ
ラフである。第８図は従来のブレーキバンドの斜
視図である。 １……バンド、２……ライニング、３……溝部
、１０……油穴、２０……一端部、２１……他端
部、２２……位置決め穴、３１……開口。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 リング状に巻回された金属製バンドと該バンド
の内周面側に接合され円周方向に延びるテープ状
ライニングとよりなり、正逆方向に回転するドラ
ムの外周表面に圧接されたときに該ドラムと該ラ
イニングとの間に供給される油を介して該ドラム
と摺接するブレーキバンドにおいて、 前記ライニングは前記ドラムの軸方向の一端側
から他端側へ軸方向および円周方向に対して傾斜
して延びる複数の溝部をもち、該溝部は前記バン
ドの締付け方向である前記ドラムの正回転方向の
端部が該ライニング端面に開口し該ドラムの逆回
転方向の端部は該ライニングの端面に達していな
いことを特徴とするブレーキバンド。
