Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 交流入力電圧を整流する整流ダイオードと、整
    流電圧を平滑するコンデンサとを備えた整流回路
    に於いて、交流入力側の少なくとも一線に入力電
    流を制限する抵抗と、該抵抗に並列に半導体スイ
    ツチング素子を設け、該半導体スイツチング素子
    のゲート回路に抵抗とコンデンサから成る時定数
    回路を設けた事を特徴とする突入電流防止回路。
