Claims (1)
- 基板上に形成された複数の受光素子を複数組に
分割してマトリツクス状に駆動回路部と接続した
画像読み取り装置において、前記マトリツクス配
線部の下層側パターンを前記基板上に形成すると
とともに、上層側パターンをスルーホールが形成
された別基板上に形成し、この別基板を受光素子
が形成された前記基板上に貼着して別基板のスル
ーホール部で前記下層側パターンと上層側パター
ンとを接続したことを特徴とする画像読り取り装
置。
