Claims (1)
- 真空容器と接続される主開閉弁と、この主開閉
弁に排気管を介して接続される油拡散ポンプと、
この油拡散ポンプの背圧を減圧する機械式ポンプ
と、背圧を検知する圧力検知器とを備える真空排
気装置において、前記排気管と接続される副開閉
弁と、この副開閉弁と接続される油蒸気貯入容器
と、この油蒸気貯入容器を真空排気する機械式ポ
ンプとを備え、前記油拡散ポンプの背圧が所定の
圧力に到達したら、前記主開閉弁を閉じ、前記副
開閉弁を開くことを特徴とする真空排気装置。
