    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 排気系に排気過給機のタービンを設け、該ター
    ビンの排気流入部に排気流速を調節する可変ノズ
    ルを設けた排気過給機付エンジンの排気制動装置
    において、上記可変ノズルの上流側に排気管路を
    開閉するスライド弁を設けると共に、上記タービ
    ンの下流側に排気管路を絞るバタフライ弁を設け
    、且つエンジンの暖機運転時に上記バタフライ弁
    を閉じ、排気制動時に上記スライド弁を閉じるコ
    ントロールユニツトを備えたことを特徴とする排
    気過給機付エンジンの排気制動装置。
