は同メインサイレンサーに設けられた第1排気出
口管の開閉機構を示す平面図、第6図は上記第1
排気出口管の開閉制御の内容を示した図、第7図
乃至第9図は各条件下におけるエンジン回転数と
発生音圧レベルとの関係を示したグラフである。 1……メインサイレンサー、5……第1排気出
口管、6……第2排気出口管、7……開閉バルブ
、10……アクチユエータ、13……三方ソレノ
イド弁、14……ECU。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 排気系を2つに分岐し、各排気系に第1排気出
    口管と第2排気出口管とを有するサイレンサーを
    配設するとともに、各サイレンサーにそれぞれ設
    けられて第1排気出口管と第2排気出口管のいず
    れか一方を開閉する開閉バルブと、エンジンの低
    回転時には両開閉バルブを閉じ、エンジンの中回
    転時には一方の開閉バルブのみを開かせ、エンジ
    ンの高回転時には両開閉バルブを開かせる開閉手
    段とを備えたことを特徴とするエンジンの排気装
    置。
