噴出孔、9は排出孔、θは流体噴出孔と導入孔ま
たは導出孔とのなす角度、αはニードル弁先端の

入孔との間及びジエツト噴流膨張空間と導入孔と
の間にジエツト噴流通過孔を形成して装置本体を
貫通するパスラインを構成し、ジエツト噴流通過
孔を通つてジエツト噴流膨張空間に向かつて流体
が噴出するようにジエツト噴出通過孔と導入孔と
の境界及びジエツト噴出通過孔と導出孔との境界
に流体噴出孔をそれぞれ形成し、流体噴出孔の前
記境界への開口部分の一部が開口部分の残部に比
べて広く形成されており、ジエツト噴出膨張空間
より装置本体の外面に開口せる排出孔を装置本体
に穿設して成る事を特徴とする表面処理装置。 (2) 流体噴出孔を、ジエツト噴出通過孔に連通
せる擦り鉢状の孔底と当該孔底に挿入され、ジエ
ツト噴流通過孔に連通する導入孔又は導出孔が穿
設されたニードル弁とで構成し、ニードル弁の先
端が中心線に対して傾斜するように切落されてい
る事により流体噴流孔の開口部分の一部が、開口
部分の残部の開口幅に比べて広く形成されている
事を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に
記載の表面処理装置。 (3) 流体噴出孔を、ジエツト噴出通過孔に連通
せる擦り鉢状の孔底と当該孔底に挿入され、ジエ
ツト噴流通過孔に連通する導入孔又は導出孔が穿
設されたニードル弁とで構成し、ニードル弁の先
端を段状に切落する事により流体噴流孔の開口部
分の一部が、開口部分の残部に比べて広く形成さ
れている事を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
第1項に記載の表面処理装置。 (4) 流体噴出孔を、ジエツト噴出通過孔に連通
せる擦り鉢状の孔底と当該孔底に挿入されジエツ
ト噴流通過孔に連通する導入孔又は導出孔が穿設
されたニードル弁とで構成し、ニードル弁の先端
が凹凸状に形成される事により流体噴流孔の開口
部分の一部が、開口部分の残部に比べて広く形成
されている事を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
囲第1項に記載の表面処理装置。 (5) 流体噴出孔を、ジエツト噴出通過孔に連通
せる擦り鉢状の孔底と当該孔底に挿入されジエツ
ト噴流通過孔に連通する導入孔又は導出孔が穿設
されたニードル弁とで構成し、孔底の開口縁の一
部を削り落として流体噴流孔の開口部分の一部が
、開口部分の残部に比べて広く形成されようにし
た事を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項
