Abstract

、第8図に示すように小パネル片2′が平面視で四角形
で四隅部に脚部1′を有していて、四隅に設けた4つの
脚部1′をスラブの上に載置して施工していた。 【発明が解決しようとする課題1 ところが、上記のように小パネル片2′が平面視で四角
形をしていて四隅に設けた脚部1′をスラブの上に載置
して施工するものにおいては、小パネル片2′は4点支
持によりスラブの上に支持されることになる。ところが
、上記のような4点支持であるためスラブに不陸がある
と、4点支持ができず、四隅のうち三隅の脚部1′でし
か支持できない場合が生じてしまい、床パネル6′の単
位床本体3′を構成する複数の小パネル片2′が安定し
てスラブに載置されないおそれがあり、床パネル6′の
がたつきの原因となっていた。また、床仕上げ材4′と
してタイルカーペットでなくPタイルを使用した場合、
可撓性があるといえどもタイルカーペットに比べると柔
軟性がはるかに劣るので、いっそうスラブの門凸を吸収
できないことになる。 本発明は上記の従来例の問題点に鑑みて発明したもので
あって、その目的とするところは、スラブに不陸があっ
ても三角形の小パネル片が3点支持で安定して支持でき
る床パネルを提供するにある。 [課題を解決するための手段1 上記の目的を達成するため、本発明の床パネルは、三隅
に脚部1を有する平面視で三角形状をした小パネル片2
を複数枚並べて単位床本体3を構成し、この単位床本体
3の表面に可撓性を有する床仕上げ材4を積層した構成
とした。 また、三隅に脚部1を有する平面視で三角形状をした複
数の小パネル片2が折り曲げ可能部5を介して一体とな
った単位床本体3の表面に可撓性を有する床仕上げ材4
を積層した構成としてもよい [作用] しかして、別体の複数の小パネル片2または折り曲げ可
能部を介して一体となった複数の小パネル片2により構
成された単位床本体3の表面に可視性を有する床仕上げ
材4を積層しであることで、スラブの不陸等があっても
床パネル6全体としては小パネル片2闇の相互間が折れ
曲がり可能となって不陸の吸収ができ、また、床パネル
6の最小構成部材である小パネル片が平面視で三角形状
をし且つ三隅に脚部を有しているので、スラブに不陸が
あっても三角形の三隅部分の脚部はスラブに当たって支
持されて安定して設置できることになる。 [実施例] 以下本発明を添付図面に示す実施例に基づいて詳述する
。 第1図乃至第4図には本発明の一実施例が示しである。 この実施例においては平面視で三角形状をした小パネル
片2の三隅に下方に向けて小パネル片2と一体に脚部1
を垂設しである。そして、上記三隅に脚部1を有する平
面視で三角形状をした小パネル片2とこれとは別体の上
記と同様の平面視三角形状の小パネル片2を複数枚並べ
て単位床本体3が構成しである。上記した三隅に脚部1
を一体に有する平面視三角形状の小パネル片2は合成樹
脂の一体成形品であるが、金属製であってもよい9三隅
に脚部1を有する平面視で三角形状をした小パネル片2
を複数枚並べて単位床本体3を構成するに当たり、単位
床本体3は2枚以上並べて構成することができるが、例
えば、2枚、8枚、18枚等というように複数枚並べて
正方形または長方形の単位床本体3を構成することがで
きる。第1図には18枚並べた例が示してあり、第6図
には8枚並べた例が示しである。もちろん、上記の配列
にのみ限定されるものではな(、他の種々の配列が可能
であるが、隣り合う小パネル片2の脚部1間の開ロ部7
同士が互いに連通ずるように配置する。三隅に脚部1を
有する平面視で三角形状をした小パネル片2を複数枚並
べて構成した単位床本体3の表面に単位床本体3の表面
と同じ大きさの可撓性を有する床仕上げ材4を接着剤そ
の他の固着手段により取着して本発明の床パネル6が構
成しである。床仕上げ材4は例えばタイルカーペットや
Pタイル等の可撓性のあるものが使用される。ここでP

、単位床本体3は合成樹脂で一体形成しであるが、小パ
ネル片2の上面側端同士は薄肉の析り自げ可能な折り曲
げ可能部5により一体に連続している。この小パネル片
2間にはスリット9を設けてより折り曲げしやすいよう
にしてもよい、上記の構成の単位床本体3の表面に前述
の可視性を有する床仕上げ材4を取着して床パネル6が
構成しである。 上記した各実施例に示す床パネル6はスラブの上に多数
載置して使用するものであるが、床パネル6の小パネル
片2の脚部1間の開口部7と隣りの床パネル6の小パネ
ル片2の開口部7とを連通させ、ここに配線を通すもの
であって、事務機機を設置したオフイースの床を構成す
ることができる。ここで、本発明においては床パネル6
は複数枚の小パネル片2を並べて構成した単位床本体3
の表面に可撓性の床仕上げ材4を取着したか、または、
三隅に脚部1を有する平面視で三角形状をした複数の小
パネル片2が折り曲げ可能部5を介して一体となった単
位床本体3の表面に可撓性を有する床仕上げ材4を取着
したものであるから、床パネル6は小パネル片2と小パ
ネル片2とが隣接する部分で可視性を有することになり
、このことでスラブの凹凸による不陸を吸収するのであ
るが、更に、小パネル片2は平面視で三角形状をして三
隅に脚部1を設けであるので、スラブに凹凸があっても
小パネル片2は3つの脚部1がすべて支持され(つまり

を複数枚並べて単位床本体を構成し、この単位床本体の
表面に可撓性を有する床仕上げ材を積層した構成とし、
また、請求項2記載の発明にあっては、三隅に脚部を有
する平面視で三角形状をした複数の小パネル片が折り曲
げ可能部を介して一体となった単位床本体の表面に可撓
性を有する床仕上げ材を積層した構成としたので、請求
項1及び請求項2記載のいずれの発明においても、スラ
ブの不陸等があっても床パネル全体としては小パネル片
間の相互間が折れ曲が9可能となって不陸の吸収ができ
、また、床パネルの最小構成部材である小パネル片が平
面視で三角形状をし且つ三隅に脚部を有しているので、
スラブに不陸があっても三角形の三階部分の脚部はスラ
ブに当たって支持されて安定して設置でか、小パネル片
ががたつかないという利息がある。
