図面は、本考案に係る電動フアンモータの軸受
構造の実施例を示したものであつて、第１図はフ
アンモータの一部断面図、第２図は要部拡大断面
図、第３図は従来例を示すフアンモータの一部断
面図、第４図は要部拡大断面図である。 図中、１はフアンモータ、７はモータヨーク、
７ａは筒状部、７ｂは突当て部、７ｃは規制部、
８は軸受、９はウエーブワツシヤ、１０は平ワツ
シヤである。
構造の実施例を示したものであつて、第１図はフ
アンモータの一部断面図、第２図は要部拡大断面
図、第３図は従来例を示すフアンモータの一部断
面図、第４図は要部拡大断面図である。 図中、１はフアンモータ、７はモータヨーク、
７ａは筒状部、７ｂは突当て部、７ｃは規制部、
８は軸受、９はウエーブワツシヤ、１０は平ワツ
シヤである。
Claims (1)
- 先端にフアンが取付けられたモータ軸が突出す
るモータヨークの底部を筒状にし、該筒状部内周
にモータ軸を回動自在に軸承する軸受を設けると
共に、筒状部外周にはフアンボス部に対向する防
水リングを嵌着してなる電動フアンにおいて、前
記筒状部の先端をモータ軸の軸芯方向に向けて有
底状に折曲して軸受アウタリングのスラスト方向
の負荷を受ける突当て部を形成すると共に、該突
当て部の内周縁部をさらに軸受側に向けて筒状に
折曲して規制部を形成し、該規制部先端と軸受ア
ウタリングとの間に平ワツシヤを介装して、スラ
スト方向には平ワツシヤと突当て部とで囲繞され
、径方向には筒状部と規制部とで囲繞されたウエ
ーブワツシヤの収容室を形成して、該収容室がス
ラスト方向に狭くなる変位を、規制部先端が平ワ
ツシヤに接当することで規制したことを特徴とす
る電動フアンモータの軸受構造。
