Claims (1)
- 有底筒部のロータと、このロータの内側軸心位
置に配設した固定軸支部と、この固定軸支部と前
記ロータの内周との間に構成した高周波モータな
らびにラジアル磁気軸受とを具備してなるもので
あつて、前記高周波モータおよびラジアル磁気軸
受の各々の可動部を下段ロータ部材として磁性材
を用いて一体につくり、その下段ロータ部材を、
動翼が設けられているロータ本体の排気側に一体
に取り付けるようにしたことを特徴とする磁気軸
受ターボ分子ポンプ。
