Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 底部にスラツジの滞留部分を設けた処理液貯溜
    槽と、該貯溜槽からの処理液を撹拌してスラツジ
    を分離する手段及び上記滞留部分からのスラツジ
    を受入れる部分を設けた１次浄化器と、該１次浄
    化器と上記貯溜槽の間に配設されかつ該１次浄化
    器からの処理液を撹拌してスラツジを分離する手
    段及び該処理液を殺菌する手段を設けたサイクロ
    ン式の２次浄化器と、分離除去したスラツジを収
    容する室及びスラツジ中の処理液を分離して収容
    する室を設けた回収槽と、該回収槽と上記貯溜槽
    の間に配設されかつ該回収槽内の処理液を撹拌し
    てスラツジを分離する手段及び処理液を殺菌する
    手段を設けたサイクロン式の第３の浄化器とを備
    えた処理液浄化装置。
