- 容器中に浸透気化膜モジユールを収容し、該容
器に被処理液供給管および透過残液取出管を設け
、前記モジユールの２次側に透過液を該容器外に
取出す排出管を設けると共に、該容器内に被処理
液加熱手段を配設したことを特徴とする浸透気化
式分離器。
