[産業上の利用分野]
本考案は、自動二輪車(原動機付自転車やスク

保持して施錠するヘルメツト用保持施錠具に関す

される。そして、内筒3の鍵孔4に鍵5を挿入す
ることによりピンタンブラを動かしてロツクを解
除しシリンダ錠は内筒3の回動を可能とする構造
である。また、外筒2の中間部外周には環体6が
約90度の角度範囲で回動可能に嵌掃され、この環
体6は、内筒3と共に回転するように内部におい
て内筒3と連結される。したがつて、鍵5によつ
て内筒3を約90度回転すれば環体6も同様に回転
する。環体6には回転レバー7が垂直方向に突出
して設けられる。一方、シリンダ錠本体1の後部
には線材を側面L字状に曲折した形状の保持金具
8が約90度の範囲つまり垂直位置から水平位置ま
で回動可能に枢支される。保持金具8は垂直位置
においては、シリンダ錠本体1の両側部に突設し
たストツパ9によつて後方への回動を規制され
る。また、この保持金具8は、第1図に示すよう
に、シリンダ錠の施錠位置において回転レバー7
と対向する位置に設けられる。回転レバー7と保
持金具8が施錠状態において対向した位置にある
とき、回転レバー7と保持金具8とシリンダ錠本
体1によつて囲まれた空間が作られ、この空間に
後述するようなヘルメツトのあごガード部が入れ
られ保持される構造である。シリンダ錠の解錠時
には、第2図に示すように、回転レバー7は水平
位置まで回転するため、この状態で保持金具8を
前方水平位置まで回動させて折りたたむことがで
