Claims (10)
- 1.質量流量がコリオリ力の少なくとも1つの測定される影響に基づいている流 動性物質のための質量流量計において、支持部と、 感圧性継ぎ手及び部分がなく、流入端と排出端とで前記支持部に固定的に取り付 けられた少なくとも1つの曲げられた連続的な導管と、前記導管を振動させる駆 動手段と、 前記導管に取り付けられ、前記流動性物質が振動条件下で流れているときの前記 導管の運動を監視し、前記運動に関係する信号を発生する一対のセンサを含むセ ンサ手段と、 前記信号を検出してそれを質量流量値へ変換する質量流量処理手段とを具備し、 第1の同相曲げモード、第1の逆相曲げモード、第1の逆相捩れモード、第2の 逆相捩れモード、第2の逆相曲げモード及び第3の逆相曲げモードのうちの1つ 以上の励起による安定性の欠如を最小にするように最適化されたモード解析によ り決定された位置に前記センサか配置されることを特徴とする質量流量計。
- 2.前記曲げられた連続的な導管が、前記支持部において互いに向かつて収束す る本質的に直線的な流入端と本質的に直線的な排出端とを有し、これらの脚は少 なくとも1つの連続的な曲げられた部分によつて前記支持部に対向して接続され ている請求項1記載の質量流量計。
- 3.前記流入端と前記排出端とが本質的に直線的な部分によつて前記支持部に対 向して接続され、該本質的に直線的な部分が前記本質的に直線的な脚部のそれぞ れを会わせるようにいづれかの端で曲がつている請求項2記載の質量流量計。
- 4.前記対のセンサのそれぞれが、それぞれの導管の流入端と排出端で前記第2 の逆相捩れモードのノードと前記第2の逆相曲げモードのノードとの間にそれぞ れ配置されている請求項2又は3記載の質量流量計。
- 5.前記支持部から離された前記流入端と前記排出端とに沿う点でブレースバー によつて一体に固定された少なくとも2つの導管を備え、前記点が前記第1の同 相曲げモードと前記第1の逆相曲げモードとの周波数と高調波との間に最適な分 離を与える点であるようにモード解析によつて決定され、前記第1の同相曲げモ ードの安定性への影響を最小にした請求項1記載の質量流量計。
- 6.前記曲げられた連続的な導管が、前記支持部において互いに向かつて収束す る本質的に直線的な流入端と本質的に直線的な排出端とを有し、これらの脚は少 なくとも1つの連続的な曲げられた部分によつて前記支持部に対向して接続され ている請求項5記載の質量流量計。
- 7.前記ブレースバーが図2に示すようなニップル型の取り付けスリーブからな る請求項5記載の質量流量計。
- 8.少なくとも2つの導管を備え、前記支持部がフランジのない流入・排出プレ ナムを有し、該プレナムが2つの分離された流れ室を備え、その一方は流入側で の流れ分離のために、他方は排出側での流れ分離のために設けられている請求項 2又は3記載の質量流量計。
- 9.前記導管と本質的に同一の幾何学的形状であつて、前記導管、前記センサ手 段及び前記駆動手段のすべてを包み、前記支持部に溶接された耐圧ケースを更に 備える請求項1記載の質量流量計。
- 10.前記導管と本質的に同一の幾何学的形状であつて、前記導管、前記センサ 手段及び前記駆動手段のすべてを包み、前記支持部に溶接された耐圧ケースを更 に備える請求項2又は3記載の質量流量計。
