Claims (9)
- 1.注視者(5)に見える外部の光景に重ねられた光学的情報表示を提供するヘ ッドアップディスプレイであって、外部の光景を見る注視者の視線より下方に配 置された、情報を表示する表示手段(2)及び光を透過させる回折要素(3)を 含み、 (使用時)表示手段(2)からの光は回折要素(3)に該回折要素(3)の下方 かつ前方から入射し、回折要素(3)によって回折して部分反射面(1)に達し 、そこから注視者の目(5)に至り、回折要素(3)が乗物の後部に向かって傾 斜していることを特徴とするヘッドアップディスプレイ。
- 2.注視者と回折要素(3)との間に配置されて回折要素(3)から注視者の目 の位置(5)に向かう周囲光の鏡面反射を遮る不透明スクリーン(4)を含む請 求項1に記載のヘッドアップデイスプレイ。
- 3.透過回折要素(3)が光学的パワーを有することを特徴とする請求項1また は2に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイ。
- 4.表示手段(2)と回折要素(3)との間に配置された反射要素(9)を含む 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のヘッドアツプデイスプレイ。
- 5.反射要素(9)が光学的パワーを有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の ヘッドアップディスプレイ。
- 6.反射要素(9)が回折要素く3)によって惹起されるー切の分散を補償する べく表示手段(2)からの入射光を分散させる格子を具えていることを特徴とす る請求項4または5に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイ。
- 7.回折要素(3)によって惹起される一切の分散を補償するべく表示手段(2 )からの光を分散させる第2の透過回折要素(16)を含む請求項1から6のい ずれか一項に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイ。
- 8.表示手段(2)が1種以上の狭いスペクトル帯の表示光を発生するべく構成 されたフラッドガンブラウン管を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれ か一項に記載のヘッドアツプデイスプレイ。
- 9.表示手段(2)が、情報を照射領域(20)内の照射されていないアイコン 、数字または文字としてシルエット状に表示するべく構成されていることを特徴 とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のヘッドアップディスプレイ。
