Claims (1)
- 内面に蛍光体膜を被着した管状ガラスバルブ内
にキセノンガスを主成分とする希ガスを封入して
両端部を封着し、該ガラスバルブの外面にガラス
バルブのほぼ全面に亘つて一対の帯状電極を対設
した希ガス放電灯であつて、前記封着端部は少な
くとも一端側が平坦に封着されたことを特徴とす
る希ガス放電灯。
