Claims (1)
- 光投射用開口部を残して内面に蛍光体膜が被着
されたガラスバルブと、該ガラスバルブの中心軸
を貫通して張設された内部電極と、前記開口部と
対向する側のガラスバルブの外面に添設された外
壁電極とを含み、前記内部電極の表面に蛍光体膜
を被着したことを特徴とする希ガス放電灯。
