第１図は本考案に係る熱陰極蛍光ランプのガラ
スバルブ部分の横断面図であり、第２図は希土類
蛍光体の付着量とリフレクタ型蛍光ランプの前面
照度の関係を例示する線図である。第３図および
第４図は従来の原稿照射装置の略示側面図および
正面図、第５図Ａ，Ｂは原稿照射用光源として使
用される熱陰極蛍光ランプの一部を断面にした正
面図および横断面図、第６図および第７図は第３
図のａ乃至ｄ点における照度分布図である。 １５……光投射口、１６……ガラスバルブ、１
７……反射膜、１８……希土類蛍光体の被膜、２
０……熱陰極蛍光ランプ。

Claims (1)
- ５乃至１０mmの管径を有する熱陰極蛍光ランプ
において、平均粒径１．０乃至６．０μの希土類
蛍光体をガラスバルブの内面に１．５乃至４．５
mg／cm2の割合で塗布しガラスバルブの内面全周
に亘つて蛍光膜を形成すると共に、このガラスバ
ルブの外面に、光投射口の形成部位を残して反射
膜を設けたことを特徴とする熱陰極蛍光ランプ。
