本発明はビデオカメラの撮像光学系に使用されるサーボ

本発明によれば、端子部分もコイルボビンと同様一体化
成形することによって端子部分の変形や、端子部分の形
状も任意に設定することが可能になる。又巻線のカラゲ
部分も銅メッキ等を施してあれば、前記公知の端子ピン

の巻初め、巻き終りを一体成形されたボビン端子部1a
に巻付ける。端子部1aは第3図の如くH部のみ部分的
に銅又はすずメッキ等か施されており、コイル巻付は後

を出力軸9とは直交する方向にした。この突出方向の設
定は、従来の端子ピンの圧入方式では制約か大きいか、
上記ボビン端子部8aをコイルボビン8と一体成形する

以上説明した様に、コイルを巻付ける端子部を一体成形
されたコイルボビン構造によって、端子部品の廃止、端

部等か容易に可能となる。又端子部の長さ等は、端子ピ
ン圧入とは異なりモールド成形の為、精度良く加工か可
能となる。なお、一体成形の端子部は部分的にメッキ等
の処理をしておくことにより、コイルの半田付等を可能
