    グパターン形状。 (2) 前記半導体素子側の配設されている列のパ
    ターンと、前記その外側に配設されている列のパ
    ターンとの間に絶縁被膜を介在させることを特徴
    とする請求項1記載の回路基板のボンデイングパ
