Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 この考案は射出成形機の型締装置に関する。
従来の技術 従来の射出成形機、いわゆるブロツク挿入式型
締装置は型締シリンダーが最後方部にあり、その
ために型締コラムを細くする必要があり、従つて
圧力は盤面中心付近にのみ加えられ、固定盤と可
動盤の型締時に平面精度を維持するのが困難であ
つた。
考案が解決しようとする問題点 この考案は従来の射出成形機の型締装置の固定
盤と可動盤の型締に際する平面精度を安定させて
かつこれを維持できる型締装置を提供するもので
ある。
問題点を解決するための手段 以上の問題を解決するために、この考案では型
締シリンダー後部に型締コラムを一体的に結合し
て更に型締ラムを装着し、これら全体を可動盤と
後部固定盤との間に配設するものである。
作 用 以上の構成によりこの考案の型締装置では、型
締シリンダーを小型化することが可能になり、装
置が軽量になり、平面精度も安定して維持される
ようになる。
また増圧用型締シリンダーの作動距離も、型締
コラムが既に入つているので短かくなり、作動油
の使用量が少なくて済む。
実施例 第１図に示すのがこの考案による型締装置であ
り、第２図に示すのが従来の型締装置である。
図から明らかなように、この考案の装置では型
締シリンダー１の後側面に型締コラム２を型締シ
リンダー１と一体的に結合してある。そして型締
コラム２を一体結合した型締シリンダー１に型締
ラム３を装着してある。
一方第２図から分かるように、従来の型締装置
では型締シリンダー１′が最後方部にあり、型締
コラム２′は別体で離れていて細い。このため盤
面の中心付近にのみ加圧されるので、固定盤と可
動盤の型締時における平面精度の維持が困難であ
つた。
そこでこの考案では前記のように、型締シリン
ダーと型締コラムを一体化した。そして型締コラ
ムと一体化された型締シリンダーに型締ラムを装
着してあり、これら全体を後部固定盤５と可動盤
４との間に配設した。また型開閉シリンダーも同
様に後部固定盤５の内側に配設して、従来の後部
固定盤６′のように後方には出ていない。
この考案による型締装置では図示のように型締
シリンダーと型締ラムの大きさが従来型の型締装
置のそれより遥かに大きい。このように型締ラム
が大きいために圧力が加えられる可動盤の面積も
広く、加圧が平均して行われ、従つて平面精度が
高く、しかも安定する。
効 果 この考案による型締装置は以上のように型締に
際して高い平面精度が得られる構成であつて、し
かも小型で軽量であり、増圧型締シリンダーの作
動距離が短く、作動油の使用量も少なくて済むの
で極めて経済的である。

１０，１０′……ブロツク、１１，１１′……ブロ
ツク挿入シリンダー。

  1. 射出成形機の型締装置において、型締シリンダ
    ー１の背面に型締コラム２を一体化結合し、型締
    コラムを一体化結合した型締シリンダー１に型締
    ラム３を装着し、型締シリンダー１と型締コラム
    ２と型締ラム３の三者全体を可動盤４と後部固定
    盤５との間に収納配設したことを特徴とする射出
    成形機の型締装置。
