- 音響光学素子のトランスデユーサに複数の駆動
周波数を切り替えて入力する駆動回路と、該駆動
回路と音響光学素子のトランスデユーサ間のイン
ピーダンスを整合する整合回路とを有する音響光
学素子モジユールであつて、該整合回路を複数の
駆動周波数に対応させて複数設け駆動周波数の切
り替えに連動させたことを特徴とする音響光学素
子モジユール。
