- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 半導体レーザを駆動する駆動装置であつて、 前記半導体レーザからの光を受けて信号を出力
する受光素子と、 前記受光素子からの信号に応じてスイツチング
する第１のスイツチング素子と、 前記第１のスイツチング素子がスイツチングし
たことに応じて、前記半導体レーザを駆動する第
２のスイツチング素子とを備えた半導体レーザの
駆動装置において、 前記第１のスイツチング素子の入力側に微分手
段を接続したことを特徴とする、半導体レーザの
駆動装置。
