剤層３ａ，３ｂと、剥離紙４ａ，４ｂを有し、 上記補強布２は、非通気性フイルム３より幅が
広く、 上記接着剤層３ａ，３ｂは、非通気性フイルム
２より幅が狭く、 非通気性フイルム１と補強布２とは、重ね合わ
せられ、補強布２側端部２ａ，２ｂは非通気性フ
イルム１の側端部１ａ，１ｂより側方に突出して
おり、 接着剤層３ａの一方の面は、非通気性フイルム
１の一方の側端部１ａと補強布２の一方の側端部
２ａとを接着し、この接着剤層３ａの他方の面に
は剥離紙４ａが重ねられ、 接着剤層３ｂの一方の面は、非通気性フイルム
１の他方の側端部１ｂと補強布２の他方の側端部
２ｂとを接着し、この接着剤層３ｂの他方の面に
は剥離紙４ｂが重ねられていることを特徴とする
