Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ワークを浸漬する処理槽を備えるステーシヨ
    ンを前後複数段に配置したライン上に、ワークを
    ハンガコンベアにより搬送し、各ステーシヨンに
    おいてワークをその搬送を停止して処理槽に入出
    槽させるようにしたバツチ式の表面処理装置にお
    いて、ライン上に、これらステーシヨンの複数の
    処理槽の上面をワークの搬送空間を囲うようにし
    て覆うブース枠を天吊り式に設けたことを特徴と
    する表面処理装置。 ２ 前記ハンガコンベアのコンベアレールを前記
    ブース枠の上方に配設し、該コンベアのハンガを
    ブース枠に設けたスリツトを通してコンベアレー
    ルに吊持したことを特徴とする請求項１に記載の
    表面処理装置。
